HR Manager within the Vabel Group

How would you describe your journey within the company?
I had the opportunity to join the Vabel Group at the Vabel Parfums site in March 2023 as an HR Manager. Since then, every day has been a new professional challenge where I learn daily to co-build our “Vabel Parfums of tomorrow” with employees and the management team.

What motivates you in your work?
The family-like atmosphere we have at the Vabel Parfums site, team cohesion, and transparency in our communication are key elements that motivate me every day. We care for each other while maintaining a professional framework for this mutual support. No two days are the same; boredom doesn’t exist here!

The best part is supporting managers and employees with the aim of enhancing their skills and fostering their personal development.

How would you describe the company culture and the professional development opportunities offered?
The feeling I’ve had recently is that opportunities for growth are provided, and employees are supported in this journey.

If you show commitment and determination, the opportunity will arise at some point, and you’ll just need to seize it. In the meantime, you’ll develop a crucial quality: patience!
