1. How would you describe your journey within the company?

I joined Vabel in September 2022, right after finishing my studies. The company immediately placed its trust in me and gave me the opportunity to grow quickly. I’ve worked on a variety of projects such as the carbon footprint assessment, the Ecovadis evaluation, and improving working conditions through TMS Pro. Each assignment has allowed me to build new skills and make a real impact.

2. What motivates you in your work?

What motivates me is contributing to concrete actions that reduce our environmental impact and improve employee well-being. Seeing results in the field—like optimized working conditions or greater consideration for CSR issues—is incredibly rewarding. I also enjoy that every day brings new challenges to tackle.

3. How would you describe the company culture and the professional development opportunities offered?

Vabel is a dynamic company that encourages innovation and responsibility. We’re given the tools to grow through training, exciting projects, and freedom to take initiative. Thanks to this approach, I quickly gained autonomy and expertise.
