How would you describe your journey within the company so far? What excites you about your work?

My history with Corine de Farme goes back to my childhood, when I was already an enthusiastic user of the brand. As a student, I had the opportunity to work every summer for Laboratoires Sarbec, where I stocked store shelves, without realizing back then that this would one day become my career path.

My first permanent contract after university marked the beginning of a 35-year journey with this amazing company, a commitment that has never waned! Despite all these years, my passion for my work remains unchanged. Each day, I still take as much pleasure in doing my job. Over time, I’ve built strong, even friendly, relationships with many clients, making each collaboration unique and enriching.

These relationships are essential for the brand’s visibility and promotion, and I firmly believe that trust and communication are at the heart of our shared success.

My hobbies:

Outside of work, my biggest passion is music! As a music enthusiast and saxophonist, I find fascinating parallels between this art form and my role as a sector manager.

Indeed, a musician must master their instrument and work in harmony with other band members; in the professional world, it’s exactly the same – it’s essential to know your product well and collaborate effectively with your clients and team.

Music allows me to express my creativity and improve my listening skills, which are crucial in my job. Each client meeting is like a concert: it requires preparation, adaptability, and a genuine connection to create a memorable experience.

Moreover, just like a piece of music, every commercial project requires a good dose of coordination and synchronization to achieve our common goals. Whether playing solo or collaborating with other musicians, I feel the same satisfaction as when I succeed in building strong client relationships and contributing to our brand’s growth.
